Retail Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager - a senior role within the club’s retail operations, responsible for the efficient and professional running of the retail logistics through the supply chain to retail selling channels. The role includes responsibility for the efficient running of the club’s warehouse including the end to end delivery of the building and staffing. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years experience in managing warehouse and supply chain for a fast paced high street retailer and with demonstrable experience of e-commerce fulfilment. The club’s retail ambitions are to triple the size of the business in 3 years and a move to a new warehouse is on the horizon. You will need to be an exceptional team player who thrives in a fast paced environment, and most importantly, you will be someone who gets passionate about brands and can harness that enthusiasm to deliver the best customer experience.
Social Media Producers - two great roles for experienced social media producers to join this growing team, managing the club’s social media channels. Working closely with the first team, coaching and playing staff as well as localised agencies around the world to achieve growth and increased fan engagement. One of the roles in particular requires a knowledge of how video can be exploited to drive growth, with the successful candidate working closely with the clubs video specialists to bridge the gap between production and communication to create engaging content. Both roles require experience of working with sizeable social media audiences, copywriting skills, sound editorial judgement, excellent understanding of analytics tools and a knowledge and passion for football and fan engagement.
