The Gfinity Arena in London is a purpose‐built esports environment for live broadcast events and entertainment content creation providing world class facilities for fans to watch head‐to‐head competition in the Gfinity Elite Series and encourages gamers to practice and advance to the big stage via the Gfinity Challenger Series, online. Job Purpose
The Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts. A person with a keen interest in keeping the business abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry and sharing that knowledge and information with the rest of the marketing department. The PMM drives the viewership metrics performance through systematic campaign‐specific results and overall measurement. They will work closely with Broadcasting, Production, Content and Franchise in target‐setting as well as post‐campaign evaluations. The right person will lead the process of planning and buying paid media primarily in social: FB (key focus), YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, Instagram. In addition, the PMM will set the process of campaign analysis and reporting and will act as an internal marketing analyst.
As esports is a 24/7 environment, this role will include working outside of normal hours – including evenings and weekends. Out of event season the hours are Monday to Friday 10am‐6pm.
Key Responsibilities

Accountability for user acquisition strategy, operation and performance

Digital campaign management (including FB credit campaigns): targeting, campaign creation, analysis and ongoing optimization

Tracking of campaign effectiveness

Coordinating creative assets production for paid media when needed

Paid media campaign budget management

Being on top of the latest performance media tools in social

Effective relationship management with counterparts in social platforms (FB, Google/YT, Twitch) – ensuring maximum support is given to Gfinity account

Analysing and communicating performance results to stakeholders on an ongoing basis
-
Marketing analysis and reporting coordination: audience profiling, insights, channels strategy recommendations, etc.

Gaming, esports or sports experience is essential
