The Digital Producer will be a key part of the internal video production team. They will contribute both creatively and technically to projects across the wider business, enhancing standards on all elements of video with a focus on community and foundation initiatives.
​
The Club operates out of multiple sites, including Lilywhite House, a spacious and open plan building where the position of Digital Producer will be based. Lilywhite House is the main location for the Club’s internal video production department catering for all digital and social channels as well as our world- class stadium screens.

Job Purpose
Spurs TV is Tottenham Hotspur Football Club's official online channel, producing a mixture of news, match action, exclusive interviews, in-depth analysis, branded content, behind-the-scenes features as well as supporting our Marketing, Retail and PR teams. Content production is seen across all digital Club platforms, broadcast globally, shown within the stadium as well as syndicated to partners and external media.

The Club is looking for a Digital Producer to work within the internal production team to plan, shoot and edit a variety of high-end and innovative video content with a focus on community initiatives as well as supporting Marketing and Retail campaigns where required. You will work with internal departments and external suppliers to maximise the performance of video across Club channels, whilst producing original and innovative content. You will be based at the Club’s offices, Lilywhite House with regular travel to and from shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot and edit a variety of high-end and innovative video content across each shoot/event for all Club digital/broadcast platforms.

Support our PR and Communication departments with creative, emotive and heart-warming content deliveries.

Support marketing and retail campaigns with high quality video content.

Upload and distribute content across each platform to meet project deadlines.

Skills and Experience:

At least five years’ experience working in a similar role within an established production house.

Experience working as a camera operator (Sony FS7, C300 or equivalent)
-
Can edit quickly under pressure using Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to produce a wide range of video in different edit styles.

A basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and have the necessary skills to build motion graphics within each project.

Knowledge of innovation in video production and the digital landscape.

Working knowledge of current video and audio production/editing techniques.

Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Lighting experience
-
Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Flexible with working hours and happy to work evenings and weekends as and when required.

Building and reporting on video performance.

Copy, script and storyboard writing experience.

Full driving licence desirable and ability to travel to away matches.
