We are working on an exciting new role in the club's retail eCommerce business, recruiting a senior digital marketing executive to manage the execution of global retail marketing campaigns across email, social media as well as the club's own website.
Working closely with the Retail Marketing Manager you will be accountable for creative asset generation and campaign activation across the eCommerce store as well as the club's wider online marketing channels.
A big part of the role is collating data, identifying areas for optimisation through interrogation of data and making creative proposals which will maximise online retail sales opportunities and increase performance metrics across all online channels. In addition there is a lot of creative input on tone of voice, ensuring freshness across all eCommerce channels and focusing on the customer journey and acting as a brand guardian for the club.
